1.3 DAQ-Bridge-MPI Pro is used for extended communication of Siemens PL C
The bridge is divided into basic and professional versions, with models DAQ-Bridge-MPI and DAQ-Bridge-MPI Pro, respectively. DAQ-Bridge-MPI Pro is also divided into direct and bridge types.
The Professional version not only includes all the functions of the basic version, but also adds the MODBUS master-slave function of the expansion port X2 (only bridge type supported) and the S7TCP and M odbusTCP client functions of the Ethernet port.
The basic and professional versions are compared as follows:
1.3.1 NET30-MPI Pro is used for Modbus RTU communication of Siemens PL C
The bridge adapter only DAQ-Bridge-MPI Pro bridge type supported) has an expansion port X2 that supports MODBUS master station functionality allowing access to MODBUS slave station devices (such as instruments, inverters, sensors, etc.) via the MODBUSRTU protocol.
