Gateway is an industrial protocol conversion data acquisition gateway launched by Shanghai Shucai IoT Technology Co., Ltd. It supports Modbus to MQTT +JSON . It supports connecting to cloud servers in MQTT mode, supports interface configuration, and can independently collect data from mainstream brand industrial PLC/ Modbus instruments /DLT645 smart meters, which can be converted into JSON format and uploaded to cloud servers. It also supports ordinary transparent serial port servers and Modbus gateways. It supports Ethernet interface /4G/WiFi interface . RS232/485/422 three types of serial ports.

5.1 Protocol analysis instructions

There are multiple push methods such as UDP/TCP/MQTT/HTTP . Users need to provide the server IP address and port number to receive data.

Quick Start Guide

6.1 Preparation

1. A 9V-36v DC power supply, the positive and negative wires of the power supply are connected to the gateway 24+ and 24- ports respectively.

2. Connect one end of a network cable to the gateway LAN1 or LAN2, and the other end to the computer.

3. If you need to use the 4G function, prepare a 4G traffic card and put it into the card slot on the top of the gateway (you don’t need to put the 4G card if you don’t use the 4G function).

4. Install the accessory antenna onto the Gateway.

After completing the preparations , power on the gateway. After about 15 seconds, the gateway's Run light starts flashing . Wait for about 10 seconds before proceeding to the next step.



6.3 Gateway initialization

1. Connect the LAN1 or LAN2 port of the gateway to the computer via an Ethernet cable. Open the browser of the computer ( browser requirements ), enter 192.168.100.1 in the browser address bar , and enter the gateway management interface.

2. When you enter the web management interface for the first time, there will be an initialization process . First, select the language . The default "Automatic" is fine.

3. Next, configure the user password . Please note that you only need to configure the password , and the username cannot be modified and is fixed to admin.

4. After inputting, click Submit to complete the initialization of the gateway. Please note : remember the password. If you forget the password, the gateway can only be reset, and all configurations will be lost.



6.4 Enter the configuration interface

All functions of the gateway can be configured in the management interface. First, log in using the password you just set.

6.5 Data collection

Enter the gateway management interface, click Service - Sub-device in the left menu bar, and add a sub-device. Add it according to the device model. Click the Sub-device Point Table button to add a point table.
