1. The new DC combiner box has the following features :
1) High reliability
The use of photovoltaic-specific lightning surge protectors can protect photovoltaic equipment from damage caused by lightning. The auxiliary power supply is supplied by PV strings. As long as any group of PV strings works normally, the auxiliary power supply can work normally, ensuring the normal operation of the monitoring module.

3. Monitoring device (English interface)
In order to monitor the operating data and status of the combiner box, a set of intelligent modules and acquisition modules are configured to form a monitoring device .
The intelligent monitoring device is used in the photovoltaic combiner box. Its main function is to detect the current and combiner voltage of each branch of photovoltaic power generation, detect the operation of the photovoltaic combiner circuit, and provide fault alarm information . It can realize remote monitoring function.
The intelligent monitoring device module can monitor the current value and DC voltage value of each channel , and can alarm for string overvoltage (undervoltage), overcurrent , and surge protector (SPD) failure. The communication equipment can upload the data to the communication monitoring terminal for remote data reading and analysis.

The Hall current sensor module adopts cascade mode and supports current monitoring of 4 to 24 channels. For specific instructions and connection methods, please refer to the figure below (taking 8 channels as an example).

Wireless DC Voltage and Current Monitor
The combiner box monitoring device uses the Hall sensor principle to monitor current, voltage, power generation and other data. The data can be transmitted to the designated monitoring platform via WiFi/4G and HTTP/MQTT protocols. It can also be connected to a third-party cloud platform.
