一、Project background and requirements

Project location: Luyang District, Hefei, Anhui

Project background: Photovoltaic power generation grid-connected project equipment monitoring

In order to realize the real-time collection of meter data, power quality analysis equipment data, arc island protection equipment data, and effectively monitor electrical data, real-time monitoring is achieved. Low cost, simple wiring, and wireless transmission methods are used to realize data collection.

1、State Grid electricity meter data collection, real-time collection, and remote monitoring.

2、the online power quality detection device (Nanjing Canneng, model: NBQS-581) and the arc island protection device (Kezi Electric Power, model: KZB-300F ) requires complicated conventional wiring methods, and the site does not support the prerequisite for large-scale wiring implementation.

Electricity meter collection solution

For the online detection device of power quality and arc island protection device, data collection is carried out through the 485 communication port of the original equipment, and is implemented with our company's 4G wireless data acquisition terminal (SC-GP-GWRTU).

三、On-site implementation process and installation docking

3.1 Electricity meter data collection

The meter data collection connection is relatively simple. The probe is fixed, the power is collected by the collection equipment, and after the technical remote debugging protocol, the meter data can be collected in real time.

3.2 Online power quality detection device and arc island protection device

image.pngDetermine the 485 communication port of the device to be collected, ensure that the collector can collect data through the 485 communication interface, and then connect on-site.

The communication interface line of the collection equipment is fixed, and after the collector is fixed and installed, it is powered on site. The matching suction cup antenna needs to be placed in an open position to avoid the confined environment affecting the 4G signal transmission.
