1 Project Background
The Chinese Academy of Sciences Research Institute ( XX Research Institute) is affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences .
XX Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will focus on the major needs of national strategies and industrial development, carry out full-chain innovative research around the core scientific and technological issues of green, efficient, balanced and high-value utilization, develop new technologies for green mining and smelting and efficient resource utilization, develop new materials, expand new applications, cultivate new industries, increase added value, strengthen ecological and environmental protection, and ensure the green and sustainable development of China's industries. The working status parameters and display data of commonly used laboratory equipment at the institute include: laboratory glove box, sintering furnace, horizontal vacuum sintering furnace, air flow mill, rapid solidification casting system (melting furnace), screen printing machine equipment, magnetron sputtering equipment, cold isostatic press, automatic magnetic field press and other equipment. They are collected remotely and connected to the network, and then summarized and displayed uniformly on the large screen for analysis.
2 Project demand research and analysis
Demand analysis: For different equipment, if there is a PLC, collect PLC data. If there is no PLC, collect sensor or temperature controller data. The brands of on-site laboratory equipment controllers are: SIEMENS

Adopt distributed edge computing PLC acquisition gateway hardware acquisition solution.
Considering that there is a WiFi network on site, after the PLC acquisition gateway collects the data, it accesses the server through the WiFi network and stores the data in the designated SQL server database.

4 Project Implementation
1. The data acquisition IoT company provides data acquisition gateway to customers .
2. After receiving the gateway , the customer cooperates with our technicians to install the wiring and provide a collection point table . The technicians will remotely configure the protocol gateway . (See the figure below)
