1. Project Background
Monitor the power consumption and manage the usage of the school laboratory printing equipment. After data collection, upload it to the cloud platform to support remote data viewing and browsing.
1.1. Printing equipment survey
There are three floors in total, with about 10 sets of equipment on each floor, totaling about 30 sets of equipment. Each set of equipment consists of multiple parts. Each part of the 220V power supply equipment needs a separate power strip, and the 380V equipment is basically controlled by a main switch.
Each plug of a 220V socket below 16A corresponds to a WiFi smart socket. For devices above 16A or with a voltage of 380V, each channel has a caliper and an electrical box has at least one collector (6 channels). (Actually, one electrical box requires multiple collectors). Debugging supports remote wireless debugging. On-site installation only requires cooperation and power on and off, reducing construction costs.
Among them, 220V, 16A or less (blue font) can use WiFi smart metering socket to monitor power parameters. The statistics of some equipment parameters are as follows:

1.1. WiFi Smart Metering Socket

1.2. Wireless Quantity Monitor
For electrical equipment with a current greater than 16A or a voltage of 380V (black font in the table), the clamp-type transformer + wireless power detector solution can be used. According to the on-site situation, each wall plug and each three-phase line are individually wired or equipped with switches. By measuring the on-off status of the line, the corresponding wiring of each device is determined, and then the power parameters are detected. The relevant introduction of the collection equipment is as follows:

1.3. Platform data display
Each group of parameters can be customized according to the device name. Different floor devices can be grouped differently to facilitate management and monitoring. The data of two devices can be displayed on the same platform interface. The example of the product's factory default IoT open platform is shown in the figure:
