Project background and requirements

Project location: Jinxianghui Textile Printing and Dyeing Factory, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province

Shaoxing Jinxianghui Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. was established in May 2007. Its original name was Shaoxing County Jinxianghui Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. The company is located at No. 1688 Zhenghai Road, Ma'an Street, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City. It is an enterprise specializing in dyeing and finishing of various textile fabrics .

Project Background: Energy Consumption Monitoring in Printing and Dyeing Plants

In order to realize the internal energy consumption statistics of the factory and to monitor the water, electricity and coal data in real time ,

electric meters, water meters, gas meters, and power energy efficiency monitoring terminals. Especially for mechanical water meters that do not have external communication interfaces, State Grid protocol electric meters with 485 communication interfaces that are occupied, or electric meters that are sealed . Data collection is achieved through low cost, simple wiring, and wireless transmission.

This device is of Linyang brand, model TLY2565, supports 645 protocol, can collect data through 485 interface, and needs 4G mode to transmit to customer platform.

Project technical solution

2.1 Electricity meter collection solution

We use our main 4G infrared meter reading product ( SC-GP-IR4G) , use the infrared communication port of the meter to collect data, and transmit it to the customer platform via 4G to achieve non- invasive installation and collection .

2.2 Water meter and gas meter data collection solution

Industrial water meters and gas meters in the factory use a micro-power wireless camera meter reader ( SC -LP - CAM) for OCR recognition and transmit the data to the platform.

2.3 Power energy efficiency monitoring terminal data collection solution

TLY2565 electric power efficiency monitoring terminal supports 485 communication, and RS-485 interface communication protocol can be optionally supported by DL/T645.

On-site implementation process and installation docking

3.1 On-site installation of electric meter data collection

The meter data collection and docking is relatively simple . First, aim the 4G infrared meter reading probe at the infrared communication port of the meter, then fix it , and then power on the collection equipment . After the technical remote debugging protocol, the meter data can be collected in real time and pushed to the customer platform. Ordinary workers can install it, which greatly reduces labor costs.

Things to note on site: The supporting suction cup antenna needs to be placed in an open location to avoid the impact of a closed environment on 4G signal transmission.

3.2 Water meter gas meter on-site installation and collection

The micro-power wireless camera meter reader is directly covered on the water meter and gas meter, fixed with cable ties or 3M glue, and the device has a good frequency of taking pictures and transmits the data to the platform for data recognition at a fixed time. This device has the characteristics of explosion-proof, battery-powered, low power consumption, etc., suitable for on-site installation of gas meters.

The terminal provides a 485 interface, and the communication protocol supports DL/T 645. It can be connected to our 4G acquisition module through the 485 interface twisted pair, and the remote debugging protocol is used for data acquisition, and the data is pushed to the third-party cloud platform specified by the customer in 4G mode .

Data push to third-party formats

Our 4G devices support direct data push to third parties, with free TCP/UDP transmission protocol and JSON data format by default. The following is the data format received by the client server .
