Project Background

The Qingming Riverside Park is located in Kaifeng, the ancient capital of eight dynasties. It is a large-scale historical and cultural theme park of the Song Dynasty that was restored 1:1 based on the famous Chinese painting "Along the River During the Qingming Festival". History made Kaifeng, and culture made the park famous.
   Since its official opening to the public in 1998, Qingming Riverside Park has always adhered to the development policy of "recreating a thousand-year-old historical picture scroll and building a national boutique scenic spot". Through its grand scale, rich Song cultural connotations, unique ancient entertainment facilities, novel performances, and new leisure and vacation concepts, it
has always led the development direction of the Central Plains cultural tourism industry and created the "Qingming Riverside Park" phenomenon that is praised in the tourism industry.
    Over the past two decades, Qingming Riverside Park has won many honors, including China's Well-known Tourism Brand, National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base, National 5A-level Tourist Attraction, one of China's Top Ten Cultural Tourism Attractions, China's Well-known Tourism Culture Brand with a Global Influence, and Henan Provincial Governor's Quality Award.

Project demand research and analysis

Demand analysis: In the Qingming Shanghe Park scenic area, the Song Dynasty parade ground and the surrounding viewing platforms are imitation Song Dynasty buildings. To ensure safety in the scenic area, it is necessary to monitor the load-bearing columns and main beams of the viewing platform to prevent the main beam from shifting and causing safety hazards. Eight points on site need to be monitored for shifting.

Project plan

4G laser rangefinder hardware acquisition solution is used to monitor the distance between the main beam and a fixed position on the ground, and indirectly monitor the main beam offset, which is practical in terms of cost and construction.

Considering that it is impossible to lay cables on site, the laser rangefinder is powered by batteries and installed at 8 points on the main beam to measure downwards and monitor whether the main beam has moved. The collected data is transmitted to the platform via 4G to facilitate customers to view the data.

Project Implementation

1. The battery-powered laser rangefinder is provided to customers by Digital IoT.

2. After receiving the equipment, the customer cooperates with our technicians to install it, and the technicians will remotely configure the protocol gateway. (See the figure below)
