1 Project Background
Monitor the voltage, current, power, total electric energy and other data of the electric meter in the power distribution room.
Monitor the current and temperature data of the transformer in the distribution room, and push an alarm when the data exceeds the rated indicators.
2 On-site survey
After on-site investigation, there are 3 transformer rooms with different types of electricity meters. The details are as follows:

In addition, a total of 11 new electricity meters were installed in the workshop.
In summary, there are a total of 10 circuit breakers, 24 old mechanical meters, 16 smart meters with communications, and 3 transformers.
3 Energy data collection and monitoring solution
3.1 Electricity meter collection solution
For old mechanical meters without communication function, they can be directly replaced with smart meters with communication function.

For installed meters with communication functions, infrared is used to collect meter data. The schematic diagram of the solution is as follows:

3.2 Transformer acquisition solution
The on-site transformer is shown in the figure above. It monitors the busbar current using a flexible open transformer. The installation diagram is as follows:

3.3 Transformer room environment temperature and humidity collection solution
Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensor
Considering that the transformer room is equipped with air conditioners for air cooling in summer, air temperature and humidity sensors are installed to monitor the indoor air temperature.
3.4 Circuit breaker data acquisition solution
The intelligent circuit breaker on site does not have the communication function. Considering the high cost, an additional power monitor is installed to collect power.
The advantage of this solution is that it does not affect the normal operation of the circuit breaker equipment and provides lossless data collection.
4 Data display solution
The platform supports viewing data through computer browsers, mobile apps, WeChat public accounts, etc.
