In order to collect and store data from on-site steam meters, we provide a local intranet image offline recognition solution, which can collect data from on-site steam meters without wiring, and transmit the data to the modbus gateway device in the customer's internal network through the 485 interface . Since the network environment is an intranet environment, we use encrypted communication to ensure data security. This solution does not require a large amount of physical equipment deployment and wiring, which not only improves collection efficiency, but also reduces energy consumption and costs.

2. Project Technical Plan

3. Project Implementation Process

1. Our company provides supporting hardware products for local image recognition solutions

Time-lapse camera ( SC-GP-CAMWiFi ) for customers.

 

2. After receiving the camera , the customer will cooperate with our technicians to install it.

And determine the shooting angle and position for the first time.

 

3. After the camera is installed, our technicians will install and configure the recognition software on the industrial computer

 

4. Within a period of time after installation, our technical staff will check the software recognition situation from time to time . If any recognition error is found, they will try to solve it through software settings . If it cannot be solved, we will provide the customer with the device number where the error occurred, and the customer will go to the site to relocate the device.

 

5. After the software recognition accuracy reaches the acceptance standard , both parties will confirm that it has passed and then proceed to acceptance.
