一、Project Requirements

For the purpose of energy consumption collection and energy saving and energy consumption analysis of winter central heating, the customer needs to collect 6 natural gas meters on site and store them in the customer's mySQL database. The meters collected on site are not allowed to be wired, and the network environment is an intranet environment. The meter data needs to be collected and stored in the database so that the customer's SCADA software can connect to the on-site data.

二、Project technical solution

The special recognition software for digital acquisition and IoT instruments provided by our company is used. For details on the principles and operating procedures, please refer to the software product manual and the instrument local image recognition solution.

三、Project Implementation Process

1. Our company provides customers with the local image recognition solution supporting hardware products, timed camera (SC-GP-CAMWiFi).

2. After receiving the camera, the customer will cooperate with our technicians to install it and initially determine the shooting angle and position.

3. After the camera is installed, our technicians will deploy the recognition program and perform recognition configuration on the PC device provided by the customer.

4. Within a period of time after installation, our technical staff will check the software recognition situation from time to time. If any recognition error is found, they will try to solve it through software settings. If it cannot be solved, we will provide the customer with the device number where the error occurred, and the customer will go to the site to relocate the device.

5. After the software recognition accuracy reaches the acceptance standard, both parties will confirm that it has passed and then proceed to acceptance.
